"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion."
Who? CONGRESS.
The reason why the establishment clause original came into existence is because individual states had their own established religions and they didn't want the federal government to impede on their rights to religious freedom.
I don't plan on making a video on it or anything. It is a basic MSTR play.
Pays high dividends. Can range between 60% and 150% annually, but the dividends eat in to the price.
Timing is what matters with it and I believe this is the perfect time to get high dividends while reasonably expecting the price to go up.
Despite the fact that sentiment has been in the gutter lately, #Bitcoin is green for the month of October. Block out the noise. This is the easy part. It gets much more tricky after $BTC breaks its previous ATH.
My city has a proposal to raise $60 million for "education" by increasing property taxes an extra $225 a year for every 100k a home is worth.
The fact that non-contributors to society get to have a voice for this is driving me up the wall.
They have no idea what tax burdens homeowners already face. Why would they care about adding an extra burden on people who are already paying thousands of dollars a year for the right to live in their own home?
You interpret my post as "throwing shade" at Cowen. I don't see it that way.
I actually have a lot of sympathy for Cowen which is why I didn't tag him in this post. He has enough to deal with from trolls.
On a much smaller scale, I have to deal with dozens of negative comments, mostly unfair (see above) on a regular basis.
But you see my comment as throwing shade, so you throw shade at me for something unrelated to the topic at hand.
If you disagree with me on something, that's fine. Tell me why you disagree and don't try to throw out a cheap shot.
It's going to be a rough couple of years for Cowen.
Things are going to constantly feel out of whack for him as the market continues to do what he doesn't expect it to do.
He was superman in 2024-25. Not because he's a genius or anything, but because his general posture is one that would do very well during those two years.
He's not a perma-bull or a perma-bear. He's a perma-man-of-reason.
The perma-man-of-reason position is the safest position to hold in crypto. It's a slightly more subdued position than the average crypto holder would have.
Did the market turn bullish? He's bullish. But slightly less so than everyone else. Do we get a quick pump within the span of a few days and a few people on X are happy about it? The perma-man-of-reason will come out and say something like "#bitcoin moved X% in a week and everyone is losing their minds!" The perma-man-of-reason always has an appearance of wisdom when he denounces everyone for getting too excited even when only a handful of people are doing so.
Did the market turn bearish? He's a little bit more bearish than everyone else. And because he's a perma-man-of-reason, he always has a way of communicating to us that he saw the reversal coming.
Given how 2024-25 played itself out, the perma-man-of-reason always seemed like the smartest man in the room.
But he's also positioned as the least vulnerable. When a perma-bull or perma-bear is wrong, he's wrong in a big way. When a perma-man-of-reason is wrong? It isn't as big, and he always has an out.
There will be a day to listen to Cowen again. Today is not that day.
