Next week is the TGB social get together! Come spend some time with other game devs here in the heart of Tokyo!

@AIandDesign Well, I'm running a small 3 man studio as part of an Incubator program being run by @supercell and we are currently building 3 prototypes. Lots of agentic processes. We had one prototype that flopped already and learned a ton in the process haha.
@ThePrimeagen I mean, in the AI world, you and your teams should strongly push against management that isn't adding useful value with features. If AI lets us push 100 features a week, not all 100 features are valuable to the customer. Only push the stuff that actually moves the needle.
@KenneyNL A couple of different things!
Team is working on 3 different games right now.
1. RPG Survivorslike
2. Deckbuilder
3. Tower defense Roguelite
Also building a tool to help Game Devs find the right content creators for their game. Something used internally, making it public soon
Yo! I've made a video covering some of the basics when it comes to setting up a 3D scene in #godotengine , it covers lighting and the world environment node.

Skelestorm failed its first test. Miserably.
Lots of lessons learned in game design, marketing, art, etc.
Internal playtesting for the new version is much more enjoyable. Playable version soon!
Open world. Persistent builds. In a Survivors-like game.
Exciting stuff!
As a note, I will be attending and showing off some prototypes to see what people think! Help shape the development of multiple games with your feedback!
For anyone in the Tokyo #gamedev community. Here's an awesome opportunity!

Reach out to Matthew Moss about getting included!

@ArcadeChannel Recently, Megabonk, Bandwagon, and No Man's Sky.
First 2 for design study purposes, and NMS to see how the game has changed since it's initial rough launch. Holy moly have they done a ton. Major kudos to them.
Cheating answer. My game at https://t.co/d0kHCg4alg ;)
@c4b4d4 Much better! Now to think about if this is the first time a player has seen it or not and we can adjust the text fittingly. But design wise this looks much more consistent with what players would expect from other games.
The event is tonight! Come out and meet other game dev professionals! Playtest some games (mine included!) and wish someone a happy birthday for one of the TGB founders!

I will be attending as an active community member of Tokyo Game Bridge. Looking forward to seeing you all!

@c4b4d4 B. I'd remove the OK button and replace it with an X button, probably on the top right corner. Other changes depending on control scheme
If this is first time players see this UI you can explain the flow. If not, text needs to focus on the item/what it does/how it does depending
