On the 5Ms of Masculinity,
The third M is MEN.
These are your MENTORS,
No man becomes great alone.
Every man stands on the shoulders of mentors, brothers, teachers, and networks.
Your network directly influences your future.
Iron sharpens iron.
Men build men.
#ManDay
The world is not FAIR.
The fairness trap is a mental prison created by the weak to shackle the strong.
The world is not fair.
It works on the laws of PHYSICS and BIOLOGY.
The lion doesn't care about the life of a gazelle; it just eats the gazelle.
So, is the world fair?
No. It is not.
You are waiting for a referee to step into the game and award you a penalty.
He doesn't exist in this game called life.
There is no referee, there is only VALUE.
If you don't create VALUE, you deserve nothing, and nobody will save you.
If you solve a big problem in a few minutes and get paid big, don't sabotage yourself by judging yourself for earning big in a few minutes. You have solved a big problem in 5 minutes, and therefore, you are being paid for spending 5 years learning how to solve it in 5 minutes.
Kill the judge in your head.
Don't judge yourself.
Be shameless in the execution of your skills.
Is the world fair?
No. It is cold and indifferent. It doesn't care.
Is the hiring process fair?
No. Therefore, bypass the hiring process by networking and marketing your value.
Is the game rigged?
Yes.
So, why play the game of losers?
Men don't play by the rules. They trade their money for assets.
Are politicians fair?
No.
They will never be fair.
Therefore, exploit the loopholes they created for themselves and build your leverage alongside them.
You can choose to complain, or you can choose to step into the ring and become a man of value.
You can continue complaining about fairness or go coldly and shamelessly for the crown lying at the edge of the abyss.
You can continue feeling and prioritizing your fragile emotions or you can start engaging your logic and think.
As others whine, you build tools to leverage your value.
You are either the Prince or the Peasant.
The enemy is not poverty,
The enemy is the void in your head that you have refused to conquer.
Your enemy is the battlefield sitting between your ears.
The choice is yours.
#BetterTogether
A salary allows you to have a predictable stream of income that you can use to buy assets that can return you more money.
Never leave your job too early.
Make the most off your employee position.
There will come a time when your bank won't give you a loan.
Men,
The loudest men are usually the weakest.
They are always,
• Explaining
• Posting
• Seeking approval
A confident man moves quietly.
He disappears, then builds, and the results speak.
In 2026, choose silence over drama.

Many men go through life without understanding one of the most fundamental truths about relationships: women are hypergamous. They instinctively seek security, stability, and the best possible option available to them. Love, as much as we romanticize it, is rarely selfless—it is often rooted in self-preservation.
This is why, when life gets tough, a man may find himself standing alone. A woman’s love is conditional, tied to what a man can offer—be it financial stability, status, emotional strength, or leadership.
Society will not teach you this. Schools will not prepare you for it. Instead, you’re fed fairytales about unconditional love, only to be blindsided by reality when hardship hits.
If you believe a man can be loved without providing anything, then you’re better off joining a circus—because that’s pure fantasy. A woman, even at her lowest, can still receive love, protection, and care. A man, on the other hand, is only as valuable as what he brings to the table.
The day you accept this, not with bitterness but with clarity, is the day you will start to truly respect yourself as a man. You will stop seeking validation where it does not exist and instead focus on building yourself—because in this world, respect and love are earned, not given.
If you announce your dream and plans too soon, you invite three kinds of people:
• Parasites
• Predators
• Pretenders
Therefore, guard your dream and plans.
Work in silence.
Your ideas never become successful because you spend so much energy talking about them.
Before you start, you are already telling us about another one, and before you even begin, you are already telling us about the next one.
Why do you share your deepest vision with those who have built nothing?
You lack purpose, focus and intent.
You spill the seeds even before the soil is ready.
When you boast of vision not yet built, you scatter your energy like chaff in the wind.
The more you talk, the less energy you will have to execute your ideas.
Premature announcements expose your plans to the winds of criticism, discouragement, and jealousy.
Silence of your vision is not weakness; it is wisdom.
Seal your mouth when the idea is still forming in the womb of your vision.
Your goal is not to impress but to become.
Your aim is not to declare but to build.
Don't expose your ideas to the wind.
Success, like a seed, grows silently beneath the soil.
Be silent.
Work in silence!
Men,
I see you. I see the pressure you carry silently, the expectations resting on your shoulders before you even take your first step in the morning.
I understand the struggle of trying to be strong for everyone while fighting battles inside your own mind. I understand how heavy it feels to bear the title of “man” in a world that demands resilience from you, even on days when you feel completely worn out.
Many of your sacrifices go unnoticed. Many of your efforts fade into the background as if they were never made. You show up for others, you build, you protect, you give, yet most days no one pauses to ask how you are doing.
At the same time, the number of men losing their lives to suicide continues to rise. It’s heartbreaking to see so many brothers suffering quietly because the world has convinced them that speaking out makes them weak. No, you are not weak. You are simply being human. The world is not blind; it’s just too slow in giving men the compassion and understanding they deserve.
But even in that silence, you are not alone. Every man carrying an unexplainable weight stands beside another who knows exactly what that weight feels like. And together, gentlemen, we will rise. Together, we will overcome.
Your dreams matter. Your vision matters even more. Every plan you have for your life, every future you're fighting for, every ounce of greatness already visible in your mind—you're going to reach it. Do not listen to the voice telling you that you are failing. Do not let the pressure convince you that you are not enough. You have survived too much to give up now.
There will be days when life feels unfair and everything inside you urges you to walk away from your purpose. But hold on. Things will change. The tide will turn. What feels heavy today will not stay heavy forever.
Always remember, a King does not bow to the chaos around him. A King learns, adapts, rises, and keeps going. And so, my brother, do not bow to the weight, the fear, or the hopelessness.
Stand. Breathe. Keep moving because your story isn’t finished.
Happy International Men’s Day.
Take your life seriously.
A man's life is difficult.
If you want to know,
• Lose a job
• Go to prison
• Get bedridden
All those people around you will flee and leave you at your rock bottom.
So, don't entertain chaotic boys and jokers around your mission.
Don't compromise your mission to please jokers.
They will call you names but remain focused and strict with your mission.
Your mission is your anchor, value it.
It is the only thing that stands between you and FREEDOM.
Men,
If the landlord of your business wakes up and says,
"Leave my premises,"
Just tell him "Thank you," then pack and leave quietly.
Don't argue. Don't engage in court fights.
It is his premise.
He could be jealous that your business is flourishing, or has found a wealthier tenant, or just wants to frustrate you.
Leave. You will succeed elsewhere.
GUARD YOUR MENTAL FRAME.
