@AlaskaAir OK, Andre - intellectual honesty means an update is required. @AlaskaAir customer service was in fact working on it and I received a message with my updated flight information about 10 minutes after this exchange - short this by 45 minutes to an hour.

Due to way the way ticket sales go these days these were the only ones that were available-for the April 29 show that was canceled. Either of your teams willing to help?

@theryman, @NickelCreek postponed their April 29 show and @axs says we are not eligible for a refund. We cannot attend so we are out about $1600 for tickets and Celebrants Club. On top of that we travelled from MO to TN for this show that did not happen.

@geteero this is the world’s most useless notification - open the app and good luck finding what triggered it. Please fix this. I suggest you create a notifications section that opens when you open the app - a place where they can be cleared.
