Hi! Sorry to bother you. I'm a Fortnite creator and I'm experiencing what I believe is an IARC bug.

Every time I publish a new release, I complete the IARC questionnaire. At the end of the questionnaire, it clearly shows that my island should receive a PEGI 12 rating. However, once the release is published, the island still remains PEGI 3 instead of updating to PEGI 12.

Because of this, my Sponsored Row campaigns fail validation and I can't sponsor my island, which is having a significant impact.

I've already tried creating new private versions, recalculating memory, and completing the IARC questionnaire multiple times, but the result is always the same.

I also created a bug report on the Epic Developer Forums. If you could point me to the right team or help get this investigated, I would really appreciate it.
