@bashmcalister Arguments can be made that MtG is not the best 1v1 game, but no other TCG has EDH (not even close). Mtg will forever be king with 1v1 and EDH. Every other card game should be focusing on a solid 4 player casual variant.

@bodie_bice Pioneer fires every FNM at my LGS. There are even 1Ks on the weekend sometimes. Modern will sometimes fire but Pioneer is currently way more popular.

@barabizio @wizards_magic Everyone plays at the highest level like it’s another round of FNM. There needs to be stricter rules to discourage this.
