47 years with the @NatWest_Help and after leaving because of hopeless customer service I get a letter threatening me with credit reference agencies over a £44 debt that I have been trying in vain to pay them for the last month.

@NatWest_Help It’s two small dds that occurred on my switch to another bank. I have tried in vain to pay this but am drawing a blank. I need an account to pay into. If I sent it to my old account it would forward to my new bank.
