Blockchains are in the business of selling block-space, regardless of the net-worth of the buyer they are paying for the transaction. Finding PMF and retaining users is your job not insulting them as low-quality users. Projects like Arbitrum, Jupiter have been able to onboard and retain these so called low-quality users because of PMF.
