Video: Senator Adams Oshiomhole goes wild on an interviewer who asked him why he shutdown the country when Obasanjo increased fuel price by ₦3-7, but supports Tinubu who has made astronomical increment at ₦1,400.
Nigeria’s security agencies are failing in their responsibilities, @PoliceNG@OfficialDSSNG as some politicians continue to publicly threaten violence ahead of 2027 elections, in utter disregard for the rule of law and the nation’s Electoral Act.
The Edo State Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Jarret Tenebe, was quoted threatening “to invoke the “power of AK-47” against anyone plotting to thwart the party’s plan to deliver 2.5 million votes for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in the 2027 presidential election.”
Tenebe made the threat during a campaign rally in Edo state where political violence is already rampant. Clearly, Jarret Tenebe is a danger to democracy and rule of law and must be held to account.
Ahead of 2027 elections and beyond, it is essential that the Nigerian authorities ensure that any politician or other leaders, of any political party or grouping, responsible for carrying out or inciting or threatening politically, religiously or ethnically-motivated violence or human rights abuses must be held to account.
“I stopped talking about the government because I was receiving so many threats, and my family wasn’t safe. My mom would call me crying that there is strange movements around the house. They wanted to fly me out, but I said, ‘No, I’m staying.’”

Apart from declaring a journalist Zainab Salihu Yabagi wanted, on the orders of Mr. Ibrahim Masari — an aide of President Bola Tinubu @officialABAT, the Nigeria police @PoliceNG are still unlawfully detaining JKD Radio/Television station’s General Manager, Charles Abah, as well as a security guard: https://t.co/Gnu83ZxIKB
Imagine celebrating your son's return from school, only to bury him the next day — killed by radical Islamists who stormed your village while you were asleep 💔😭
In the last three years, more than 1000 humanitarians have been killed.

Just In: The DSS has arrested Samaila Ibrahim Kaigama following this interview on Channels TV, in which he boldly claimed to have evidence that Tinubu was paying Boko Haram and bandits, while also blocking media coverage of it.
A DNA test has confirmed that an unidentified body at the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital @LASUTH is that of Pelumi Onifade, a journalist with Gboah TV who went missing during the #EndSARS protests nearly six years ago.

I write this with pain in my heart.
On April 23, 2026, I bought a car on loan after trading in my former car, which had become a constant source of problems. I still had an outstanding balance of ₦4.5 million to pay.
On April 28, 2026, I was taken away by the Nigerian Army under the guise of DSS officials. For three days in their custody, I was subjected to treatment that left deep scars on me physically, emotionally, and mentally.
Throughout those three days, I remained handcuffed and blindfolded. During the day, I was left under the scorching sun for hours without water. I begged and cried for water, but nobody gave me any. At night, I was kept in an extremely cold room where I would cry and plead for help, but no one responded. I also received random slaps from unidentified individuals.
Even after the court granted me bail, the trauma did not end. I still wake up suddenly at night, struggling to sleep as memories of those days continue to haunt me.
What breaks my heart even more is that the car I bought on loan was damaged. Sometimes I ask myself: what exactly did I do to deserve such treatment?
My only “offence” was speaking up and asking that my brothers and sisters serving in the military should be properly fed and cared for.
Today, I can truly say that Nigeria happened to me.
But despite everything, one thing remains certain:
Justice can never be cracked.
Update: 2-weeks after Boko Haram threatened mass execution and demanded ₦3.7bn ransom for kidnapped victims of the Ngoshe, Gwoza attack., all 360 victims have now been rescued by the Nigerian Army and Special Operation Forces deep within Mandara Mountains area of Borno State.

Never forget that Bandits stormed a baby’s naming ceremony. They handed the father of the Newborn a knife and ordered him to slaughter his own baby. He refused. They handed the knife to the wife and told her to kill her husband, she refused. In front of her, they killed both her husband & her Newborn baby and then left her alive. That woman might never ever recover from such trauma for the rest of her life. We don’t realize how much this government has failed us. Any of those women could be your sister or your mother, yet there are people waiting for 2027 elections so they can vote for the continuity of these atrocities upon us. SHAME! SHAME! SHAME!
