The CSO is the Chief Security Officer. Although this coinage might be used in blue chip companies with vast resources, CSO can also be a President or Governor of Nig./State.So Oyo & Osun State Governors need to rise up to their primost duty of territorial integrity & Security.

It is indeed true that the 1st Citizen of Nigeria is His Excellency; Ashiwaju @officialABAT . However, in a State,the 1st Citizen there is the Governor of that State e.g. Mr. Governor @jidesanwoolu is the 1st Citizen of Lagos. So CSO of Nig.'s Ashiwaju,whilst CSO of Lagos is Gov.
