Since my ID was rejected, I messaged @Uber @Uber_Support to cancel and refund my money that’s already charged, the response I got after almost 5 days was shocking. That their terms and conditions will not allow me to get a refund. Saying it was my fault that ID was rejected.

So I thot I’d be relieved a bit by renting a car on @Uber, hoping d car would be brought to my location. I had 2go about 12km 2d airport to sign papers and take d car since I had already been charged. Unfortunately, d car rental didn’t accept my ID. @Uber @Uber_Support #1060378
