I hated Tom Brady as a player. Greatness does that to opposing fans. But he might be my favorite human now that he's retired, even though he has arguably ascended to an even higher level of greatness.
Quentin Coleman records his third double-double in 4 games for @usabjnt with 15 points (6-9 FG), 10 rebounds & 2 assists.
The #Illini signee leads the entire field in rebounding, ranks 8th in scoring and is a team-high +112 for the tournament entering Sunday's gold medal game.
#Illini Quentin Coleman finishes with 11 points and a game-high 15 rebounds (7 ORB) in @usabjnt’s 88-58 win over Argentina at the FIBA U18 AmeriCup.
The incoming freshman guard was all over the glass and provided a nice early scoring boost, including a pair of dunks and a three.
@PaulRieckhoff The only thing Trump has contaminated and consumed is liberals thoughts 24/7. You're a joke dude & so is this take. Go back to watching soccer.
There is no doubt that one day, while studying the mental illness the left in this country suffers from, posts like this and it's responses will be deeply analyzed. These people do not live in reality.
4:00 yesterday Trump announces they’ve made a deal
About 2 hours later a man with a long history of mental illness who was literally involuntarily committed by the secret service last July somehow gets access to a gun and shows up and opens fire on the White House.
11 hours after that Benjamin Netanyahu decides to make a public post specifically about this shooting that is very reminiscent of his weird ass posts following Charlie’s murder. He made this one before ever even publicly acknowledging the very unpopular Iran deal.
And within hours, it looks like the whole deal is off again.
Call me crazy, IDGAF, this shit is not coincidence. I don’t know how they’re doing it, probably some kind of mind control or hypnosis but it’s them. I cant rove it but its them.
Matthew McConaughey straight up defended ego on Theo Von's podcast and honestly kinda blew my mind.
He said ego gets trashed too much. There's the toxic "look at me" version, sure. But the real one? That inner "I" where you know you're prepared, capable, and willing to go for it. The confidence that comes from judging yourself harder than anyone else. Without that, you got no real identity or direction.
This hit me. I spent years thinking killing the ego was the move. Now I'm rethinking it. That healthy drive feels necessary.
We've gone from arrogant show-offs to everyone acting fake-humble. A balanced ego might be what actually keeps you grounded and moving forward.
Do you see ego as mostly toxic, or can the healthy version actually push you to be better?
Austin Rivers response to Draymond
“I was ranked No. 1, you were ranked I don’t know. You were a really good college player, but it’s hard to compare because I was only there for 6 months. Something you could never do.”
“You are the luckiest basketball player I have ever seen. You were drafted to a franchise with a Hall of Fame office, Hall of Fame coach, the greatest shooter of all-time and perhaps top 5 all-time, another top 5 shooter and Hall of Famer, the swiss army knife himself, another Hall of Famer, not to mention one of the most lethal scorers of all-time and arguably top 10 player of all-time, Kevin Durant, the same guy you chased off because of your mouth. You talk too much.”
“You are the backpack jumpshooter. The guy everyone leaves open. No one guards you. There are hours and hours of film of you being left open…talking about Steve Kerr hindered your career. Steve Kerr made your career.”
Last night, @ICEgov conducted a targeted enforcement operation in Brooklyn that resulted in the arrest of Chidozie Wilson Okeke, a criminal illegal alien from Nigeria with previous arrests for ASSAULT AND CRIMINAL DRUG POSSESSION.
During his arrest, Okeke refused to comply with officers’ lawful commands to exit the vehicle and weaponized his vehicle to attempt to hit ICE officers. Okeke became physically combative attempting to punch and elbow ICE officers. Our officers followed their training and used the minimum amount of force necessary to make the arrest.
After his arrest, Okeke requested medical assistance, so ICE officers escorted him to Wyckoff Heights Medical Center for a medical evaluation. Okeke remained non-compliant during the medical evaluation throwing himself to the floor and screaming. The medical staff cleared him.
During the medical evaluation, a significant crowd of anti-ICE agitators gathered at the hospital and became violent. The protestors damaged several ICE vehicles and assaulted ICE officers, resulting in minor injuries to the officers. Assaulting law enforcement is a felony and crime
Officers from the New York Police Department responded to the scene and arrested several rioters.
@MendezMovieRPT Truly entertaining movies are made for the audience, not critics. Maybe, when you see things like this, you should look inward. You've possibly lost the plot (pun intended).
