The US tipping model system is irrational and cruel. It's logic is one of employee monitoring with its roots in Jim Crow racial disciplining and humiliation. It's designed to pit workers against each other

@RenzaS Completely agree. Fine to show mountain climbing but need to show all the hard work behind the scenes. Otherwise it can undermine the fact that this is an extremely serious condition and can slow investment in better treatments and eventually a cure.
