Edward Snowden said it the best:
"When you say 'I don't care about the right to privacy because I have nothing to hide,' that's no different than saying 'I don't care about freedom of speech because I have nothing to say.'"
"Simply because you are following the law, doesn't mean that you'll be exempt from governmental interference in your private life."
@LisaBritton Yes, this. One of the most surprising things I learned with all this is that men are not offended that their wives out-earn them. In fact, they love the hell out of it.
I am independent (now far-right according to your side). I voted for both parties for years. You guys lost me in the years 2020-2024. Permanently. Yes I will vote for the R. I *might* not vote at all if the person is terrible enough. And btw, it was Pelosi that said there are people that will vote for a glass of water if it has a D next to the name.
Whomever decided to make the Microsoft Teams status indicator change from green to yellow after two minutes of inactivity. I hope you shit pineapples for the rest of your life.
I heard this quite a few years ago, before the internet.
When Star Trek was first starting to be produced, the term "Klingon" was supposed to be temporary and was a joke.
They never got around to changing the name.
Google says Klingon came from somebody Clingan or something. But I've always wanted to ask.
What it's like to have an NPD mother:
You're bleeding out and go to tell your NPD mother. She doesn't acknowledge. A complete dead zone. Wave your hand in front of her face to check for signs of life. Nothing.
You're telling a 2D poster of your mother that you're hurt. What response do you think you're going to get?
@politiwars@honestpollster Many things have been at play to skew things in favor of the democrats. Education has been indoctrinating the youth for decades. However, the republicans have also shown no desire whatsoever to win. They cave, that's their superpower.
