I can't tell you how proud of this young man I am. He's been back at Frame Running for a few weeks now, but for the first time since his operation he's back on the bike and moving forward! Even though still in pain we still got that Charlie smile too! Going places this lad 💪👊 x

It was Charlie's last Frame Running session tonight before his big op. I wanted to say a huge thanks to everyone involved in the Club, it really is amazing and Charlie will be back as soon as possible! Thanks all for the card, and T-shirt and @TullyKearney for the amazing cake!

Well another fantastic week for the boys at frame running! It's not often you get to train with a paralympic Gold and Silver medalist! 🤩🥇🥈. Massive thanks to Clair, @TullyKearney, @HannahRDines and Mikey for being so encouraging and supportive! Can't wait for next week 😀

What may seem like such a small thing to most is a dream come true for us. Being able to get out, in the countryside as a family is amazing. Charlie kept stopping to, in his words "just take in the views". Thank you again to everyone who made this happen #teammaley 🥰

So after a 7 hour round trip we are now in possession of Charlie’s new wheels!! We are so excited to suprise him tomorrow! Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts every one of you who helped make this happen, you are all wonderful. Here is to new adventures. 😀🍾👨‍🦼⛰🏞 xx
