Good time to remember the importance of stock vs flow of $ETH. Current inflation is around 5% yearly, which is shy of 16B a year at current prices.

Most of that ETH is paid to miners that have to pay electricty, pay back equipment, so they generate a high selling pressure.

ETH valuation will highly depend on this figure. It's not a very stable business, so right now valuation seems to be entirely based on expectations on future blockspace value.
