FBI SAC Joseph Carrico won't let me post it. Regardless, this started because I learned he was putting Sean Williams (his informant) and the victims that he raped in zero files to prevent them from getting investigations into the serial rapists. That's 70 people right there that aren't violent (except for his informants) and put into zero files to hide human sex trafficking.
