@AmeriHomeMort how is it possible that I’m getting a delinquent tax notice and zero communication on a status update after weeks? Of follow up calls? If we can’t manage my own escrow I need you to do your job.
@lufthansa@Lufthansa_USA Lufthansa, I’m feedback ID: 35202379. My flight was moved again (4th time?) days ago. I completely understand being inundated with requests. As I told the multiple folks I spoke with on the phone, since the original times can happen, cancellation and refund would be fine.
completely understand non-refundable flights, but @Lufthansa_USA has changed my flight times or canceled five times, my companions too (can no longer travel), and after being on hold for over 6 days for up to two hours I’m told nothing can be done? @lufthansa
@lufthansa@Lufthansa_USA Respectfully, waiting to be told that “that’s policy” when flights have moved 5 times, my companions in such a way that they can no longer travel, is unacceptable. When my flights were moved, I got emails that said “tried to reach me by phone”. That didn’t happen either.
@Lufthansa_USA@lufthansa If only. I have done so several times (not counting the many times I’ve spent hours on hold or not gotten through) and have been told each time no-go. I just want a refund. If @Lufthansa_USA@lufthansa would stop moving mine and my companions flights, we would have loved to fly.
Tweeting is not a thing I do, but @SouthwestAir the meltdown nearly destroyed a friends wedding for me, costing me money and Delta miles (in the airport at 3am). I’ve flown Southwest for years and rep it every chance I get. What will you do to make it right?
Just walked passed a guy in the airport who passed a service dog and told it very seriously “thank you for your service.” #servicedog “overheardintheairport
