@abhijeet_dipke@Tabeer Right! This is where you lost everything, Removal of Article 370 wasn’t only about “special status” but it preserved the integrity of Jammu and Kashmir and its people.
@Tabeer What was the need of 370? Why J&K need separate rights than other India territories?
More than 550 princely states came under India after Independence without a condition like 370.
370 was a fiasco, Sheikh Abdullah wanted to use it for separate Kashmir.
As we mourn the loss of former Australian all-rounder Andrew Symonds, we take a look back to his tremendous 143* against Pakistan at the 2003 World Cup.

Today after Friday prayers me and my friend @ZargarNuman volunteered for Jehlum Bank's cleaning drive. It seems like @SMC_Srinagar doesn't exist, not a single dustbins installed on Lal Mandi banks. Houseboat people are suffering too.

Cow vigilantes are having a free run in Jammu and Kashmir.
Earlier today, in District Reasi, Mohd Asger was brutalized by Sanghi thugs while he was grazing cattle.
#Aripanthahan massacre: Some haunting memories from my personal archives. Four civilians were shot dead by CRPF troopers while as two were critically injured by the bullets on 16th of August 2016 following the Burhan Wani's killing. @CivitasKashmir @carin__fischer
If we actually see,Kashmir is under same curfew that started from 5 Aug, 2019. Locals aren't allowed to move outside or do small bussiness in the valley while as Yatris and Tourists are allowed to roam freely with government approval. What kind of donkey governance is this?
I write for @SAJournal on the recent arrests of students and civil society activists, government's response to social movements and growing securitisation of civil society in India.

Interesting to see “woke” celebrities in India speak out against police atrocities and George Floyd’s death all the way across in America, but the same celebs lose their voice when there are police excesses at home; when people are lynched, communities targeted.
