@PHSOmbudsman @PHSOmbudsman do your job. How many more children will be hurt? How many more people will be harmed by unqualified-for-the-role-assigned-to-them not-doctors? Why have the Leng recommendations still not been implemented? How many harms or deaths will it take before you act???

@PHSOmbudsman The prescription followed an intimate examination of a 5 year old girl by a PA, who should not be seeing undifferentiated pts, who then prescribed a pessary. No red flags for potential CSA and no red flags for what the PA was doing? This needs GMC referrals - not “poor comms.”

@jamesmurray_ldn Sometimes pts want to tell own story - having a choice is key. But if the means of sharing data is Palantir, then an absolute no. And if SPR is agreed, please give us patients the vote on who harvests the data - my health, my choice and I say NO to palantir.

@medicalmodelbri @gmcuk She also set up business to help others who struggle with exams because they’re so hard, according to her blurb c. 60% fail 1st time (!!!!) and wears a RCP lanyard. Wtaf. So grateful my GP is in fact a GP.
