@RealmBuilderRPG Nice, the book of lairs was always super handy. I had 1 and 2 back in the day

[Steve Jank @WarMonkCT]

@OriginalGrogna1 Greybox my 1st intro to the realms that is still the setting I use for my players todsy 30 years later.

@MattWalshBlog I invest in high end toys quite often. I never open them and the toy market is hot. I get better returns than some of my stocks.

[Steve Jank @WarMonkCT]

@texasrunnerDFW I buy toys as an investment and a collector. I never even open them just hold them, as the toy market is hot.

[Steve Jank @WarMonkCT]

@texasrunnerDFW @flufferbot01 For sure, we got ours at Nebraska Furniture Mart. The store is Huge!

[Steve Jank @WarMonkCT]

@texasrunnerDFW Same and also we check Marshalls.

[Steve Jank @WarMonkCT]

@brakkart @YoDanno These minis are incredibly well done. Awesome minis.

[Steve Jank @WarMonkCT]

@texasrunnerDFW I live 10 minutes from the airport and I always uber home to save my wife from battling that traffic.

[Steve Jank @WarMonkCT]

@OriginalGrogna1 Great times playing 2e. Played it from when it came out in 89 up to 2000 when 3e debuted. Lots of great FR lore and tons of splat books to give players tons of options.

[Steve Jank @WarMonkCT]

@KingKobadiah @PalmerLuckey Yeah, they gave no update, and I ordered back in December.

[Steve Jank @WarMonkCT]

@PalmerLuckey When are the gamboys getting shipped? Wtf

[Steve Jank @WarMonkCT]

@PalmerLuckey When do these ship out? I thought June?

[Steve Jank @WarMonkCT]

@threelinestudio @FuturDe25867 I'm running my group through it now. Great job!

[Steve Jank @WarMonkCT]

@PalmerLuckey Ordered in Jan, Do they ship in June?

[Steve Jank @WarMonkCT]

@TheMattCardona @ImChelseaGreen Nice, CGC grades original art, too.

[Steve Jank @WarMonkCT]

@Javelin2156 My group just finished it. It's a great module.

[Steve Jank @WarMonkCT]

@texasrunnerDFW Prices have come down here in the Irving area but still need to drop more. Ppl are cutting prices or delisting, then relisting. They actually dropped our rent $100 a month as sales for even higher end rentals are down.

[Steve Jank @WarMonkCT]

@texasrunnerDFW Usually, it's a dead giveaway that it's a flipper house along with the Home Depot granite counters and white marble looking bathroom tile.

[Steve Jank @WarMonkCT]

@texasrunnerDFW @PeterMallouk It's like double that, according to Grok.

[Steve Jank @WarMonkCT]

@KevinLamb74 @DaveCon_MN Ha! No, I had a gold smith make the ring from family diamonds passed down. It has 3 stones, so it probably would be a ring of 3 wishes.
