@JackGrossman97 Gameday tries to avoid 12:00 (ET) kicks if they can because it means the final hour has to be inside the stadium and there is no crowd near the set. Only 11:00 kick in the last 3 years at Ohio State for Corso’s final gameday
@cassiuscasey@ltthompso People are way more likely to vote the “opposite party” for governor vs senator. Governors races can be run on local issues while the senate is inherently nationalized. Reason a guy like Hogan can win the governorship in Maryland but lose easily in a senate race
@hollywoodszn Feel like nationally Texas losing 2 in a row is the bigger point of conversation. Lot more talk about Sark’s job than DeBoer’s as well (although part of that is Sark being there longer)
@jegusbarocio@UWFBopinions Mario isn’t X’s and O’s guy but he is as good anybody in terms of recruiting and developing which is 90% of the job. A drive away from the championship last year which closer than Lanning getting blown out in the playoff
@mtmanjaro10 Low propensity coalition, extremely motivated opposition and a Congress full of blue dog Democrats whose districts Obama was way to the left of and (mostly) took an unpopular vote on Obamacare
@lxeagle17 In 2020, Pete was planning on going to black churches in South Carolina and comparing being gay to being black. It took Obama personally calling to tell him how that comes across to black churchgoers for Pete to pivot his black outreach strategy.
@StatisticUrban Have lived in Tennessee and Alabama, both are great. Would definitely live in Kentucky or Idaho, parts of Mississippi and Arkansas. Louisiana and WV would be the only no’s on the list, The plains states might be boring but seem pleasant to raise a family
@TimmyKal12 Every program no matter how great has had down periods (well except OSU). All it takes is one bad coaching hire, and Georgia had two meh ones after Dooley. Richt was good but coached in the toughest era of the SEC and missed a title by 1 play in 2012 against the GOAT Coach.
@Joe101026@HomericFuturist@AgitpropMaster Pretty much all of the major ones except Sherman who spent the war on desk duty and didn’t see any combat. Lee, Grant, Stonewall, McClellan, Meade, Longstreet, Bragg, Hooker, Johnston, Beauregard, Burnside, Hood etc
