The Ward 10 special election primary is Thursday. The polling places are the Washington Park Community Center and the John H Rollins Rec Center

Fun fact about the City Council race in Ward 10: The winner gets to control a $24,000 a year neighborhood fund that ProvPort pays for. No other council seat has that perk.
