IMPEACH CORRUPT JUDGES.

We introduced the No Appointments by Rogue Judges Act to ensure Left-wing activist judges can no longer put politics above the interests of the American people.

Right now, when a 120-day interim U.S. Attorney appointment expires, federal district judges can step in and install their own pick indefinitely. No Senate confirmation. No time limit. No accountability to anyone.

This undermines the President’s constitutional authority to appoint U.S. Attorneys. The law should not work this way.

Our bill strikes this loophole entirely. It amends 28 U.S.C. § 546 to remove the authority of district courts to appoint U.S. Attorneys after the 120-day interim period and instead aligns the length of any acting U.S. Attorney term with the time limits under the Federal Vacancies Reform Act.

No unelected judge gets to sideline the President and the Senate and install their own pick indefinitely.

Judges interpret the law. They do not get to override the confirmation process because they disagree with the outcome.

🚨 This morning, the FBI and our partners arrested a subject near Los Angeles for allegedly paying homeless individuals on Skid Row in downtown Los Angeles to sign petitions in support of ballot initiatives—all using stolen identities of registered voters.

Two additional petition circulators have also been charged in the investigation. All three subjects are charged with conspiracy to commit identity fraud in furtherance of a state felony, among other charges.

Securing American elections from criminal interference is of the utmost importance to this FBI.
