Of course they were going to be vandalised. What on earth were the council thinking of? If you put in flimsy vulnerable facilities, they will be vandalised. It is reprehensible that it happened, but we do need to tke precausions to reuce vandalism.

@leamcourier The only thing new about this covered seat is the notice. The seat has been there since 1934 (bought from Wood and Sons of Taplow, costing £232 with an additional £45 paid for the original thatched roof) Do people actually have to be told to use it?
How Boris Johnson has the front to say this after 9 years of under funding and damage by his party is anyone’s guess.
