Fake SIV notices are arriving via email. “You have been selected for a Special Immigrant Visa. Your email was chosen from the database of the Afghanistan Embassy in the USA”.
Has a USCIS attachment that references Humanitarian Parole (not SIV) and is signed by a USCIS person.
