@heavenbreaking I wholeheartedly concur!! My umbrella diagnosis is Complex PTSD but that encompasses a lot. At a minimum it will be at least an SSRI for life. And I’m totally fine with that. It makes such a difference in levels of functioning!!

Back up 2 my reg. dose of Sertraline (Zoloft) 150 mg/day. Im noticing serious hand tremors. A common side effect apparently #cptsd #Arghhh
