وهذا الحكم ايضا صدر من المحكة الاتحادية والتي ينص على أن تلتزم الحكومة بتنفيذ المادة ١٤٠ من الدستور بخصوص المناطق المتنازع عليها.
لعد ليش محد يحچي على هذا، لو المحكمة احكامها ملزمة التنفيذ فقط عندما تكون احكامها ضد الاقليم؟
