This is absolutely true and is just one, of the many, things @RoyCooperNC and President Biden did to punish western NC residents after Hurricane Helene for not being liberals.

I was able to get a few Starlink's thanks to Mr. Musk (he personally directed them to work with a handful of people, myself included) to deliver to impacted areas but it should have been thousands more.

As a reminder - we were bringing in these units to be used by local response/rescue teams that were cobbled together from groups of volunteers from around the country because FEMA/NC Guard/etc... units were denied authorization/funding to actually respond when people were in need.

Related note - every person I dealt with at @Starlink was fantastic. I'm 100% convinced they wanted to send every unit they could - but they physically just didn't have enough.

My friends, listen carefully: a lie does NOT become Truth simply because it is repeated loudly, confidently, or by powerful people.

Be careful what you hear.
Be careful whom you believe.

Test everything by the Word of God.

The world may condemn you for standing for Biblical Truth but the only verdict that ultimately matters is His!!!

Clarence Thomas explained the Second Amendment in one sentence.

And every politician who talks about what gun rights they are willing to “let” you keep should hear it.

The Second Amendment does not grant the right.

It assumes the right already exists.

That means the government does not give you the right to keep and bear arms.

The amendment tells the government what it cannot do to a right you already had.

Rights first.

Government second.

That is the order.

And once you understand that, every gun law looks different.

Because now the government is the one that has to explain itself.

Not you.

Then Thomas tells a story about Justice Breyer asking what he would do if a man with a machete walked up on his porch demanding money.

Thomas’s answer?

He would be cleaning his guns.

That is why this clip hits different.

He does not just rule on the Second Amendment.

He understands it.

He lives it.

And he connects it to the history most gun control speeches leave out:

The 14th Amendment.

Freed slaves.

The right to defend yourself from people trying to kill you.

Because a citizen who cannot protect his own life does not stay a citizen for very long.

We’ve never seen anything like this before. A man was conscripted into jury duty by the government. He performed his civic duty and followed his conscience, refusing to acquit a woman who confessed to systematically executing her three children. The defense attorney immediately launched a public smear campaign against the juror. Soon several other jurors joined the campaign. Then the media. Even the defense attorney’s wife has joined. Now they’re doxxing the man, digging into his past, contacting his family, showing up at his house. All of this both to punish him for refusing to go with their program, and to pollute any future jury pool by making it clear that anyone who votes to convict Clancy will have their life destroyed. It’s truly one of the most outrageously evil things we’ve ever seen from the Left, and that’s saying something. A direct assault on the integrity of our justice system. They are burning down every boundary and standard in their path. And doing it all for the sake of a child murdering psychopath. Unfathomable.
