Warwick Occupy has won! 🇵🇸 We breathe a huge sigh of relief as our demands have been met after our relentless hard work. This is proof that direct action works. We will take a moment to rejoice and rest but the fight isn't over. Thank you so much for your continued support ♥️
Spent today with @WarwickOccupy, a prime example of how resistance happens outside the ballot box. I arrived feeling numb and at a loss. Sitting on the train back, I'm inspired and reminded that black and brown people have always mobilised to affect change. Now is no different.
Thank you to everyone who protested today 💞
We can't trust a neoliberal university to fight racism, misogyny, ableism and sexual violence - we have to take action ourselves.
@adeofthemoon elucidates brilliantly how our struggles in this are indivisible ✊

Today @WarwickUCU and @WarwickAntiCas stand in solidarity with the Warwick student community against sexism, racism and rape culture at our University, and against all forms of institutional complicity and silence. #ShameOnYouWarwick
Loooooook at how many students at @warwickuni came out to protest rape culture today!!! My heart is full 😭💜 so inspiring and powerful. The university cannot ignore you - keep up the fight! ✊🏻#ShameOnYouWarwick
The only thing making me proud to be a @warwickuni student is the solidarity of our response to their shameful behaviour. Our demonstration today was just the beginning of an increased fight against institutionalised sexism, racism, rape culture and misogyny #ShameOnYouWarwick
