Was in Sri Lanka a month ago. At that time, they had zero diagnosed cases. Despite that, they proactively had thermal imaging in customs. Also just to enter several hotels required a quick contactless temp. check. This doesn’t hurt, but we need more fwd looking mitigation plans:
