@hackermaderas@C2thaLo@blumo0n I've suggested for ESCALATION that people call the Governor hotline at 617-725-4005 (leave a message), mayor, or state rep or senator. That has helped some folks. Are you saying it took 4 months after that??? Damn. @MassLWD@BostonGlobe@hotlineonline

@ABHNavyVet There is something crazy with the Extended Benefits (EB) at @MassLWD portal - I also found that my 13 weeks of EB "disappeared" from last week on the portal and were replaced with 4 weeks of PEUC. Just so you know you're not the only one! @MassGov@hotlineonline@BostonGlobe

Today: @MassLWD portal shows 4 weeks of "PEUC 1.0" benefits. Extended Benefits (EB) for 13 weeks disappeared. NO EXPLANATION. Does that mean I lost 9 weeks? Or gained 4 weeks ('cuz they will add EB later?). Will need to call. @MassGovernor@BostonGlobe@hotlineonline
Completed application on 12/27/20 for "Extended Benefits" (EB), and looks like @MassLWD system already has switched from PEUC to EB account. Not sure how the number of weeks is calculated (the site says "up to 20 weeks") since there is no information provided.
