@ORiaghain @Devon_Eriksen_ This is just how the system is set up, it doesn't have to be. Malta, Monaco, UAE among some other places do not have property taxes on homes but still have roads and parks. Thailand has primary residence exempt from taxes. It's not a requirement to have all those things.
