@bookbird71@Lindseyy888@PostOffice You too! @PostOffice couldn’t care less about your complaint, they just file it under nonsense and tell you what you want to hear. Enjoy your unrealistic view of modern life, but please be happy. Thankyou for a varied but sensible debate.
@bookbird71@Lindseyy888@PostOffice No you didn’t, you just moaned that you had to wait. Because of something you didn’t know. But you did, because you’d been told. But you didn’t share, because you expect better service!
@bookbird71@Lindseyy888@PostOffice You didn’t describe circumstances, you said they were hiding, you said you were told why, you said it was a poor excuse, you never explained the excuse, you just continue to moan. 🤷♂️
@bookbird71@Lindseyy888@PostOffice I’m engaged because you offer no real explanation of expectations, despite different views being given to you in regards your original point.
@bookbird71@Lindseyy888@PostOffice You are so wide of the mark. The people in that queue hadn’t received bad customer service, except their wait! As previously said by another, post office offers many different products that can incur very complex procedures. Sometimes you just have to wait.
@bookbird71@Lindseyy888@PostOffice There’s your bizarre view of reality again. Have you read anything about the post office scandal? I feel really sorry for you that you have such an unrealistic view of what customer service is, how it’s achieved and how unachievable it is in the present day.
@bookbird71@Lindseyy888@PostOffice I actually think you really just don’t understand. Maybe avoid the queues and general dissatisfaction of other people’s work and arrange for Royal Mail to collect your parcel from home. Thus everyone wins. You don’t annoy them, they don’t annoy you and your parcel is sent.
@bookbird71@Lindseyy888@PostOffice Did you share your new found information with the annoyed and bemused or just keep it to yourself? For someone who allegedly worked in retail you seem to have little insight. Customers like yourself are the reason nobody wants the PO counter jobs, impossible to please.
@bookbird71@Lindseyy888@PostOffice So you asked what the hold up was and they told you and you’ve still got an issue? This is everything that’s wrong with peoples entitlement or sense of it. Definitely a you problem.
@bookbird71@Lindseyy888@PostOffice It’s your choice to wait in a long queue, you have no idea what they were doing, or indeed why. You can’t always stagger lunches just to suit others. And I’ve already addressed the poor customer service, the job is predominantly thankless at the best of times. No apology needed!
@bookbird71@PostOffice Assuming you also went into the Post Office on your lunch break, you then find it ridiculous that others should take their lunch, assuming that is what they were doing. Crap customer service because they’re a crap company to work for. For clarity I was a post master for 17 years.
