Railroad Closing Alert! All crossings in town are closed. Fulton St. is still shut down. This morning Brunell St., Lawrence, and Leggett/County Road E was shut down. As of now County Road 16 is still open.

Temporary Road Closure: State Route 108 between County Road AC & County Road B are closed due to a rollover. Crews are currently working on the clean up. Please plan for an alternate route.

Our Administration staff has worked hard with our department to make sure we are compliant and understanding of all policies and procedures. We were awarded with the Bronze Award for Excellence in Fire Service Policy Management for 2020! Thank @Lexipol! @CityofWauseon

A great part about serving our community is being able to see those individuals within our community want to help others as well! The Wauseon Fire Department conducted a CPR/AED Class with Sara's Garden on the 17th of August, with over 90 individuals @Ohio_EMS

Craig Myers has been farming for more than forty years, and recently won a drawing for America’s Farmers Grow Communities. He was given $2,500 by the Bayer Fund to give to a non-profit organization. https://t.co/S8HD4pK2uw

The Wauseon Fire Department was awarded $2,500, a @americasfarmers Grow Communities donation from a local farmer. We are using it to purchase equipment and training as it relates to grain bin and technical rescue.
