@ihaveAAdream_ @lisamyersrobert It's not that they "can't be bothered". They must be either clean shaven or wearing a beard. Royal Navy Ratings must request to grow a beard. The beard is inspected after 2 weeks, and if considered adequate, then it may continue to be grown. Some of those beards may be quite new

We’re releasing this footage of a collision last year as more motorbikes take to the roads for the summer.

The driver involved was convicted of driving without due care, had to pay £594 and was given 5 penalty points.
