@LBC Logically, how can you get back hostages if you decimate the places you think they are being held with bombs? IDF don’t care for the hostages. They just want to eradicate Palestine!
@RestIsPolitics@campbellclaret@RoryStewartUK This needs to be raised as an issue in the UK. I have been paying my student loans for years and the balance only increases. This was always the case but will now be compounded by high interest rates. In the US we have seen some debt forgiveness.
@RestIsPolitics@campbellclaret@RoryStewartUK My student loan takes 7% of my monthly income…
Do you think student loan payments are an effective working tax on students without the ability to pay them off?
@lewis_goodall What will galvanise the young is (18-30) is reform on student finance and student debt relief. I have an undergrad and masters, the repayment is essentially a 4-7% working tax as the money doesn’t even cover the interest!
@IainDale you forget the reason Corbyn is so popular with the young is that he is the only politician to speak about ridiculous student debt. It’s a glimmer of light!
@mrjamesob@LBC can you please ask Sadiq, why if you are trying to encourage cycling did you change how tfl bikes are charged. Used to be a couple pounds for 24hrs unlimited use. Now it’s for a couple pounds per bike per 30 mins. Make it make sense!!!
@LBC Let’s call it what it is. The student loan system is effectively a tax. It is structured so that your interest payments exceed what you pay off every year. I pay £300 a month which works out as an additional 8% tax on my earnings! Cee

@RestIsPolitics@campbellclaret@RoryStewartUK Is it not a broken system if Johnson is able to access all these streams of revenue as a sitting MP? Shouldn’t he be representing his constituency!
@RestIsPolitics@campbellclaret@RoryStewartUK Why are Former PM’s able to make so much money doing speeches? Also what do you make of the claims PM’s make little money in response to this LBC interview https://t.co/fyPdH9URtz
Lord Johnathan Marland says Boris Johnson is now off to make money 'to repair his own balance sheets' as being PM 'you earn so little money'.
