Time manipulation also doesn’t make one 4D still, like this applies to a lotta characters.

@celestefan453 Whilst I’m pretty sure DB tied them in power (both multiversal), they gave Shadow stats cuz they calculated him to be like 90k times faster.
A black box said they both POSSIBLY have incalculable speeds, but chaos control would negate that equalized speed anyway.

@MattMeta3 @thomascoop60439 @MarvooTama What? volume 32 covers the Sage Centipede fight and start of Saitama v Garou, whilst the most recent volume (34) literally just wrapped up the Garou arc, we’re still a good way from the Ninja Arc getting a physical release.

If anything it’s “pure cope” on your behalf to be using scrapped material.

I’m not entirely opposed to the idea of uni Saitama but I haven’t seen anything solid.
