@WorldRemit @prinsesachinita This is the most incompetent service I have experienced in my life. A 3months old transaction is still unresolved. I keep calling and sending messages every other day, no feedback, no update, just holding messages for 2Months. This is ridiculous

@WorldRemit @Ismail_WR If you check your DM you would see weeks of conversations without any resolution still. I have been messaging and calling for 2Months now. And the response is always “send us a DM” or we are working on this. It’s getting to 3MONTHS!!!!!!

@Ismail_WR it’s been over two months (May 31) since I made a transaction on @WorldRemit platform. I have made numerous calls, emails and DM’s with no resolution in sight. Worse still I am being told a refund cannot be processed because of some issue with a partner.
