FCRA: Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act

➜ Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act (FCRA) is the law that governs how Indian individuals, associations, NGOs, trusts and companies may receive and use money, securities or articles sent to them from a source outside India. It is administered by the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA)

➜ #FCRA does three things:

💠 It identifies who may accept foreign contributions, and on what conditions.

💠 It specifies how that money must be received, accounted for, and reported.

💠 It restricts a narrow, defined set of foreign-funded activities that could affect India’s sovereignty, security or public order.

The way they have been inciting mainly is by hijacking SM platforms with their planted employees and account farms to change the perceptions of people in India. All other channels have been made harder over the years by GoI.

I wish the use of SM platforms be taken more seriously. And at this late stage, I want to point out, it doesn't matter India also creates its own network to counter SM narratives or millions like us do it for the country.

The SM platforms themselves are promoting certain narratives and suppressing others allegedly due to the kind of people running them in different capacities. Hence unless India starts dealing with SM platforms directly it may be a herculean task.

And the first step to that is instituting a cell that monitors, researches, analyzes SM algos, and also collects from public reports (like EU does with mandatory tool provided by SM companies under every post) to create actionable reports and intel to act on.

Saw some video of a Mumbai beach covered in trash. The trash is coming from the sea during high tide. Not because people are dumping trash on the beach as many think.

This trash is being dumped into the sea by rivers and canals especially during the monsoon. This issue is a world wide issue. Beaches from LA to SG have the same issue during storms and rainy season.

The solution is in installing river and canal runoff nets (storm water netting system) as done by some countries. And ensuring the rivers and canals aren't used as a dump.

The point is, this trashy beaches are a problem world over after storms, rains or during the rainy seasons. Some of the anti-India propaganda machinary is already taking pics from Mumbai and making it "Only in India it is like this. India is a sh1t hole."

My post is not to justify such unclean beaches or the trash. But to let Indians know this is a world wide problem and there are some solutions that are being tried by some countries.

The whole thing, whoever was part of it, think is organic.

But it was a US planted psyop at a time Indians were getting very anti-US due to killing of Indian sailors. And things were going south for India-US relations, and BRICS meeting was coming up, India could realign etc.

Do understand there are forces making everyone behave in a certain way in every SM. You may think you are very independent, intelligent, and posting things yourself. But may be it is not that way.

For very similar posts I have done on China a year back, I only got push back from Indians and others. Because there was no algorithmic or state run psyop then. But there's now.

The agenda of the psyop is over. They will lie low for sometime now. Everyone who thought they were organically, on their own accord, posting on China will also calm down.
