The despair is setting in. These dogs have no offers. Two of them time up TODAY and that's it for them if we have no rescue space. They will be taken and put to sleep

These poor dogs have done nothing wrong except being unlucky enough to be in the firing line when we have reached the end of the road 😢 Rescues are beyond full and crippled with costs. There is just no more space or resources.
We cannot rehome directly to the public. We are pound pullers not a rescue. Dogs and homes need to be assessed and matched and the dogs need rescue back up to avoid ending up back in the stray system. If you want to help a dog go and foster or adopt one of the thousands of dogs in rescue waiting for a home.

Zack Polanski’s shameful GMB performance exposes everything wrong with his worldview.

Grilled on the grooming gang monster Shabir Ahmed - a man who helped destroy the lives of countless British girls - Polanski squirmed, dodged, and refused to say the obvious: deport him.

Ranvir pressed him repeatedly: “Sorry, I’m not sure, would you deport him or not?”

Polanski’s weak non-answer: “It would require a threat assessment… if he’s still a threat he shouldn’t be out of prison at all.”

When told the victims say he IS a threat, he doubled down: “He committed those crimes in Britain so it makes sense to me that as a British citizen he stays in a British prison.”

Except he’s not a British citizen anymore. His citizenship was rightly stripped for his heinous crimes.

Kate Garraway tried again: “So you wouldn’t deport him then?”

Polanski: “Well if he’s still a threat, it doesn’t make diplomatic sense to me for him to go be a threat somewhere else.”

What?! It makes perfect sense to remove these predators from our country. Ahmed is a Pakistani national. He betrayed Britain’s trust and generosity. Send him back to Pakistan - he’s their problem, not ours. Get him away from his victims and the public immediately.

This is the same Zack Polanski who was demanding personal security this morning while insisting the rest of us must live at the mercy of foreign criminals like Shabir Ahmed. Hypocrite. Weak. Completely out of touch.

Labour MPs now shouting about Shabir Ahmed's release are hoping you never look up how they voted on releasing men just like him.

I looked.

Last October, Parliament voted on whether to stop rapists, paedophiles and groomers being released from prison early. The MPs for Rochdale, Oldham, Heywood, Rotherham and Bradford, every town the grooming gangs tore apart, voted it down. Out of the entire Labour party, only one MP refused. Eight days later they voted the law through, and the first 700 offenders walk out in September.

Now Shabir Ahmed is free, and the very same MPs are writing angry letters demanding the protection they personally killed. Jim Jim McMahon MP even posted his letter on Facebook as proof of how hard he's fighting. He sent it to a Justice Secretary who voted exactly the same way he did.

Honestly, I'm not making this up.
