#plymouthhighways reference planning permission application 23/01773 for 149 Blandford road. It has been granted, but I need to you for the necessary approval. What is the process please? Note. You have already commented on the application.
@plymhighways Hi, I am a middle aged carful driver and have just found that I need to buy a second set of new wheels in 3 years for my car due to pothole damage. Got service receipts, new wheels receipts etc. would like to know your claim process. Didn’t claim the first time

@AerLingus Question. When you mess up to the point where people lose time off their holiday. Rather than apologise on the day and tell people to claim 261 compensation. Why don’t you award the compensation in real time? @MartinSLewis Your thoughts?
@AerLingus Question. When you mess up to the point where people lose time off their holiday. Rather than apologise on the day and tell people to claim 261 compensation. Why don’t you award the compensation in real time? You are clearly not resourced to handle the vast numbers.
Taking @AerLingus months to look at the most basic EU261 claim. Can’t talk to their “customer relationship” team. Not a joke by the way. Good luck to the air traffic control mess customers looking to be reimbursed. They refuse to engage. Small claims is the way forward.
You couldn’t write this. Tried to call @AerLingus to resolve my crazy frustrating EU261 claim. You can’t actually speak to their “customer relationship” team 🤣🤣. I can spot an opportunity for improvement 🤣. Brilliant
@AerLingus How are you getting with claim 11049558? It was raised 23rd July and is a very simple claim. Refused boarding due to oversold flight. Please don’t ask me to be patient.

Is today the day when you satisfy my clear as day compensation claim @AerLingus ? After 37 days I must be close to the top of your unsatisfied customer list surely. How bad are you guys?
Day 29 of my 261 claim with @AerLingus let’s see if they can work it out after several lazy attempts. I will see if I can help with the simple equation; 24hr delay due to oversold flight. Distance is 8000 km = €600 compensation per person. All evidence provided. Good luck guys!
@AerLingus Claim 11049558 raised 23rd July, escalated 14 days ago, escalated again 7 days ago and still nothing. How can you ruin somebody’s holiday, apologise on the day. Tell the customer to claim through this process then ignore them?
Good luck to all of the @AerLingus customers requiring support, refunds or compensation. I raised a 261 claim 23rd July. So far zero engagement. Escalated 13 days ago. Quick as a flash nothing. Hope you get more joy but somehow doubt it.
Is today the day @AerLingus ? Come on guys. You ruined my holiday due to your overselling policy. You could at least compensate me in accordance with EU261. Why won’t you engage? I know I know. You’ve escalated. Great. Ignored by a different team 🙄
Has anyone successfully claimed 261 compensation from @AerLingus ? They don’t read the claim detail, you can’t speak to anyone and it’s not “X” department. Is small claims the only way?
@AerLingus Think I have been very patient. Was patient on the day, was patient in the hotel, was patient the following day and have been patient for over 30 days trying to obtain compensation. There is a limit to my patience. You had your chance.
