@DavidJHarrisJr Why is it always about the person? Why can’t it be about what one believes in? I truly don’t care if someone has opposing views. So why would I care if he does?
@RossKneeDeep Proverbs 26:4–5: “To argue with a fool is to make him your equal.” Twain wrote about how hard it is to undo a lie once people believe it, but he never used this wording.
@BigDawg31779 I love the academia Dr. Tyson represents, his jovial demeanor, and his connection to the science community. However, this is not his quote and deeply misrepresents his scholarship.
Then a high percentage of those who were “abused.” The ’80s to now have created a poor idea of what is expected of our youth. One thing I appreciate more than anything is that parents are all different and discipline looks different. I defer to local laws to determine the abuse claims.
@yvesdaigle1 Canada wouldn’t look different, but many more issues arise when they do something that’s “creative.” It’s not like America couldn’t diversify its grid, but the resources of the US are far more vast than Canada’s. For one, its ability to defend itself.
