@michaelpatron0@amznsellerhelp I dealt with this same thing ... ended up having to sue Amazon for contributory trademark infringement where they wouldn't remove 14 counterfeiters. That got their attention and they finally fixed it. Amazon doesn't give a shit until it reaches their legal. YMMV
@Charlzzf It's insane... I'll never understand how they're this bad at it. Keeping fighting them with facts and no emotion in your responses, and never give up.
Amazon: You didn't send 150 units of FNSKU XYZ. We received 138. Me: Well, your inventory ledger shows you received 150. Here's the screenshot. Amazon: No, you didn't send us 150. We received 138. -- I deal with this every single day and it's infuriating @amznsellerhelp
@amznsellerhelp Sent. Listen, I understand mistakes happen. But when it's every single day, there's a systematic problem here. No seller deserves to be gaslit that they're wrong by seller support when Amazon's own inventory ledger shows they received it in full.
@amznsellerhelp Fix your inbound team. They constantly miscount units and you say a 23lb box now magically weighs 50lbs? Want to charge me more fees? I will NEVER give up fighting you evil people.
@amznsellerhelp Why are you people so bad at reimbursements for lost inventory when your own inventory ledger shows that you received all of the units? Never in my life have I had to deal with such stupidity.
Yes, let's make sellers learn a new seller central right before the busiest time of the year! You people have zero clue what you're doing and are so far out of touch with the seller community. No wonder the seller community hates you people. @amznsellerhelp@Sell_on_Amazon
@Life_Revealed@amazon@ajassy@dharmeshmehta Good luck. Amazon won't do a damn thing as always (surprised?). You'll be forced to go through multiple state AGs and dozens of certified mail to their legal department til they give a shit. The only department that actually has the ability to do anything is their legal team.
Another day filing claims for 'missing' units from closed shipments. Can't wait to be gaslit and told I am in the wrong by some associate that has an IQ lower than room temperature.
@amznsellerhelp@AmazonASGTG Amazon, you mean to tell me you thoroughly investigated 24 shipments in a 3 minute period? Just further proof Amazon doesn't look into these. I am SICK AND TIRED of my inventory being lost or stolen, then gaslit that I'm the one in the wrong. SS just copy/paste as always, useless
Another day, another 11 out of 25 shipments recently closed with units 'missing'. Why is it this consistent with units missing? I have things in place to ensure we ship what is in the plans... What the hell is going on? DO BETTER. @amznsellerhelp@AmazonASGTG
Ever since the FTC case for Amazon stealing money from advertisers, I've noticed a significant jump in declined reimbursement requests. Coincidence? I think not. Always gotta make sellers pay for your most corrupt practices ... The only amazon way! @ajassy@amznsellerhelp
@amznsellerhelp Seriously @amznsellerhelp . Do you believe 97 out of 250 inbound FBA shipments missing inventory is a good rate for Amazon counting inventory? My logs and video footage line up. Where's yours?
I spend 5+ hours a week fighting you people that lose or steal my inventory. 97 of the last 250 shipments sent to Amazon had 'claimed' missing units. God forbid if I had a defect rate that high. On top of this, you want to fight me on reimbursement. DO BETTER @amznsellerhelp
Out of my numerous years of selling on @amazon , I have never had so much hate and disgust on how @amznsellerhelp treats it sellers. Constantly lost inventory that you refuse to reimburse, incompetent seller support, increased fees, archaic processes, forced SC changes...
"We're denying your reimbursement claim for the following items because we received unexpected items when compared to your shipping plan" LOL there's zero unexpected items in the shipment. You people suck at counting @amznsellerhelp
Amazon, your inbound shipping associates and machine suck at counting. On top of this, you decide to make it a giant pain in the ass to hold you accountable for reimbursing. Is this how you treat your sellers? @AmazonHelp
