“The people behind the product. 🤍 Caitlin and James sit down to talk about what EVERYBODY EVERYDAY really means — and something dropping sooner than you think. 💙🌎”
its the same thing with when people call sam whiny/bitchy/bratty/dramatic when the scene in question is literally just sam standing up for himself. you see the way sam defends himself, but its not how dean does it/how you view strength, so it must be a sign of weakness
if you view sam as "weaker" because he is more soft spoken or because he shows emotion more clearly than dean or because he is less impulsive with violence, that is a problem you yourself should examine
sam was upright and walking for months in s7, while castiel, an angel, crumbled in 1.5 seconds after going through the same and without having the personal trauma to go with it
sam being stronger than others is also a very significant plot point in s2-5 and to his general story
"you only hc sam as a woman because he is weaker"
is always an interesting accusation for someone to make, considering sam is probably the strongest human character both physically and mentally in the entire show. YOU see him as weak, not us
“If you can meet with Triumph and Disaster And treat those two impostors just the same”
Rudyard Kipling mentioned by Jared Padalecki
@jarpad love you for this and everything! ♥️
moc/demon dean arc couldve been so good if they had actually connected it to deans time in hell torturing others and his trauma/the way he changed from it. like a few references, nods, mentions or even vague flashbacks. wouldve liked to see it
i really love the detail that john isolated them from every hunter growing up. the only people who would know what the job was like and dad said no i’d like my sons weird and codependent. only family can protect eachother and he was right
one last thing before leaving this discourse because I promised myself to not involve in any fights anymore.
the way how hellers treat every sam and dean content "weird/unnecessary" is insane. we're not allowed to talk about 2 characters that this show is about anymore I guess.
You’re right, problem isn’t his interpretation. It’s you guys not taking no for answer. The show has been over SIX YEARS. And instead accepting his very consistent answer you guys argue with him about it, then get online, call him homophobic, and lie about him.
spn is funny bc wdym they had a doctor clock their 'dangerous' codependency without even knowing the unhinged crazy sh*t they'd done and would continue to do for each other 😭 also the look on Dean's face when he realizes they're being separated 😭
The show deliberately wrote Sam as academically gifted and intellectually curious in a way Dean wasn’t. That’s not an insult to Dean; it’s simply part of their characterization.
