Been using @Mythic_Tools for 8-9 months now. Getting close to 100 games tracked with our playgroup. I can not recommend it enough and tell the people at the shop I play at about it all the time. From the awesome life tracking to play group stats to deck stats. My favorite part is scanning a card and not only getting a price but all the rules text as well. THE go to magic companion app. IMO. Lol 😂
@HaeSicks And Eastern Kentucky girl who’s also into magic. I told people but no one believed me that EKY was full of unicorns lol. Best kept secret though 🤫
The other day I was in a real bad mood. Satans whispers were taking root in my mind. I was being selfish and stubborn and saying why can’t I just live my life?! Why can I not live without having to rely on things like medicine and Jesus just to be normal. I just want to live. And I feel like God said for the hundredth time ok try it. It wasn’t intentional but I quite reading the word for a bit and wasn’t praying constantly like I usually do and what do you know my mind and the enemy tried to devour me. Today I feel awful my mind is so dark and I’m reminded that I did this because I keep getting in my own way and trying to do things my way instead of relying on the God who made the universe and knows my every thought. Why do we stubborn humans think we can handle this wicked world. Today I broke and cried out to God I’m sorry. I’m sorry I’m wicked and sinful. I’m sorry that I think I can do this on my own. I’m sorry I doubted how much I need you. Please take me in your arms. And he did and my mind began to clear. It’s not like he just flipped a switch those thoughts and darkness still linger but I feel his warmth. I’m sorry God that I’m so stubborn. Please help all of us who think we can do this on our own. I’m glad he’s given you the peace and comfort you need in these times.
@Smokahontas2024@GetOnTap I was out in the bear branch/Big creek area on a mission trip and I was told there were still a couple in the area still. One a pastor died a few years ago from a bite and his son lost his ear and some of his face from a rattler.
While I love all the love and attention this game is getting can we please get some fixes for graphical issues. I have gotten to where I can’t play this game anymore. If I fight more then 5 people or walk into a big city and especially during cutscenes my frames drop from around 50-60 to 15-20 making the game unplayable. It kills me because this is my favorite game I’ve played in ages but I can’t even play it after the last few updates. Tried every “fix” online and still can’t seem to get it to work. Someone please help!
So I live on Hardin county and I’ve known a lot of people that worked there and that place was an absolute scam. They only ever produced 1 battery after hundreds of millions in spending. The county was out millions from all the road work and laying water and power lines. The property taxes were raised to help cover the counties cost. And this factory was build over the watershed where 1/3 of the county gets its water from. All of this was also paid for with Kentucky tax dollars. After they produced the first battery it wasn’t but a couple weeks after they shut the doors and laid everyone off. Now from what I’m hearing from people within the county government it’s all up for sale… We ruined some of our best farm land for 2 giant factories 1 of which isn’t even finished and never was. And nothing is being done to hold Ford responsible. The South Korean company behind all this went bankrupt and just left. The housing market is now in shambles with dozens of apartment complex’s build and several hundred homes bought by the Koreans who left now for sale. It’s an absolute mess and ol Uncle Andy who was pushing all this just left us citizens of Hardin county to foot the bill for his colossal screwup. This was 90% of the jobs he wanted to bring into the state and was bragging about and now nothing.
I really love your stuff and there is so much truth here there really is but I feel like there is a lot of church hurt here too. Idk your situation but I do know mine. I was raised in the church and I mean that quite literally. I was there atleast 2-3 times a week running around playing hide and seek reading the picture bibles while my dad had meetings. My grandfather literally helped build that church and it was a beautiful part of my life and one I treasure. Yet the enemy got into the hearts of many and I watched a once beautiful flower wither and die and it hurt me to my core. My family was kicked out my grandfather had his keys taken and the door locked behind him. Out pastor committed suicide. It was very dark and left me with hatred in my heart. It took 15 years of distance to come back and in that time I did develop my own beliefs that mirror pretty much everything you said here. But it took me realizing that God never hurt me never let me down. It was the people claiming to be Christian people putting thier own selfish desires before the love of Christ that hurt not just me but so so many. Now that church sits pretty much empty and I found a new church home recently. And it’s not perfect but I see the importance of “the church” a good church that is. It’s the fellowship and worship with like believers. It’s the sharing of our faith and how we portray them in our lives and help others build and find theirs. It’s a place for the broken and the weary and the down trodden. There are MANY problems with the modern day church of that there is no argument. But that is on use Christian’s to build something and not a building but a movement to welcome those who are lost and seeking. I’ve lost too many and seen too many fall to worldly desires. People begging for answers in this broken world but never looking toward the light of Christ because of the words of man. We must all do better to accurately portray the life and teachings of Christ using and showing his words and not just some out of context verse but all his words and teachings. Through this Gods “church” will be rebuilt. Not the buildings we like to sing in on Sunday morning but the church of fellowship between believers. Church and fellowship is important and it is on those of us with the hurt and pain caused by bad people to step back into them to reform them to shine the light of Christ into our communities. Everyone wants to change the world but the world is too big we are not Jesus. When we start being the change we want to see in our homes and out into the communities together the light and love of Christ will shine brighter then it ever has. Love your writing Echo and always look forward to reading and I pray for your health and safety my brother and that the light of Christ shines through you to others out here lost and seeking.
I grew up in a portion of America we call the Bible Belt. I grew up in the church there atleast 2 times a week and was baptized when I was 8. After a pastor I loved committed suicide and the church ran my family and many others out for trying to grow the church i developed deep resentments for the church. I walked away and while never having said I wasn’t a Christian I definitely didn’t live like I was. That lasted for about 10 years but God gracious in love and mercy never stopped loving me and it took a long time to realize Jesus never let me down people did. I came back a few years ago and became involved in many ways and watched God work and change my life. We can always come back and be welcomed by God with open arms. Welcome back sister. Japan needs your voice. We are all praying for your health not just physically but spiritually. He never has and never will leave your side.
There’s a deep connection between Kentucky and Japan I feel like. I’ve seen a lot of towns with sister cities in Japan. Where I live the sister city is Koori-machi. As a farm boy who loves rural land and all things agricultural it’s on the top of my places to visit should I get the chance to visit Japan one day.
Kentucky farm boy here. Kentucky is one of the most overlooked state in our great country. We have mountains in the east to gentle rolling hills and farmland and some awesome lakes and rivers. It is a natural beauty and the people are just as awesome and just as diverse. The bourbon trail is a great way to see a lot of the interior of the state and get a taste both figurative and literal of what the state has to offer. My family has lived here since we received the land we still farm in the revolution and I can’t imagine living anywhere else. But I do love seeing new places so I’ll show you Kentucky you show
Me Japan lol. Pic of my farm just to show off a bit lol.
@FaceHead15@SmilingCatBok13 Not Canadian but I grew up watching him and every time I play my Klauth deck I think of this great man lol 😂 gonna start calling it Duct tape dragons to see if anyone gets it
I tried to write a message on one of your other post but was at work and it got erased. But I’m just a good ol Baptist boy from Kentucky who’s always felt a calling to mission work. Be it at work or community or far away lands. About 6 months ago out of the blue I started feeling the desire to look into Christianity in Japan and was shocked by the numbers I saw and the lack of attention it gets. I’ve talked with people within my church where I’m the missions director and I’ve talked with some people at the International Mission Board about Japan and the lack of missionaries shocked me. Sadly my day job at the moment is as a factory worker but I’m going back to school to get my degree so I can hopefully find somewhere to serve where ever God might send me. I want to visit so bad I can’t stop thinking about serving over there. I spent alot of time praying for you but also the nation of Japan as a whole as well as the Christian’s within it. Praise God you raised your voice and for this cultural exchange that’s going on right now. The voices if Japan’s 1% reached millions of other Christians today and take heart my sister you are not alone. I made sure to follow you and other Christians in Japan and would love to learn all I can about being a Christian in Japan. Peace be with you and I hope you have a beautiful Easter under the cherry blossoms.
@GHBSmith Did that one last night. I wanted to kill him halfway back to town. But I felt bad for him he was just crazy and loved honey and missed his mommy. And only like 8 silver or something come on lol shoulda let him go.
Found this horse last night. I have 4 Stam but can NOT tame it. Closest I’ve gotten it 3/4 of the way. I’m now stuck with being very aggravated and needing to just come back later because I’m starting to get very mad but the hard head in me won’t leave cuz I want this damn horse. Tips would be nice. Real tips not aim towards its ass or the camera trick. I’ll have the stick the right way and it will still be going down.
I found after the 3rd week I didn’t want to murder as much lol 😂 I was a daily smoker for 10-12 years and in the last 5 I was high more then I was clear headed. I found though that I didn’t know how to function without it and I couldn’t enjoy anything without being high. Good luck friend! It gets better!
@SawyerWhisler My aunts husband is trying to force the sale of my grandfather’s farm so he can buy another section 8 apartment complex. Some people have no shame when money is involved. Thank God for farmers with backbone.
