Breaking News Dallas SWAT has arrested the shooter from the Aug 15 2021 call regarding an unknown Male on a bicycle firing a handgun into a vehicle at 9000 Forest Hills Boulevard.  No one was injured in that incident. The man was arrested just after 5am at a home on San Leandro.
