"Sharing your story can carry an emotional cost. Because of that, it’s important that the story reaches the highest number of people, in large clusters, as quickly as possible. Film can do that." @DanielForkkio of @werepjustice on changing the narrative https://t.co/KP69XlK4jE

Los Angeles is at its strongest when every resident has a path to stability and opportunity. This December 6, our Justice Fair will bring that promise to life for Angelenos impacted by the justice system.
My Office of Community Safety will bring together employers, service providers, and community partners to offer second-chance opportunities, including expungement services and financial coaching.
Our goal is simple. Providing economic mobility to make our city safer. When people have jobs, housing, stability, and dignity, recidivism falls, and families thrive.
With more opportunities on the horizon, we are committed to ensuring justice-impacted Angelenos are part of that future.
