Assistant Professor Melissa Twemlow from @erasmusuni Netherlands visited us as part of the CTWD Early Career Visiting Scholarships, and presented her research on 'How peer control shapes agile team interactions'.
@erasmusuni (3/4) The study shows that team members in close contact with the customer team, controlled their peers most often during daily meetings. While peers responded relatively passively, it impacted the team’s performance both positively and negatively.
