@SubwayUK That's a shame... I guess you have just lost another very loyal customer. Does customer loyalty not get rewarded? Surely you could put a free wrap onto everyone's subcard who has attempted to get the offer but due to @SubwayUK incompetency wasn't able to claim?
@SubwayUK Are you going to provide any compensation or allow me to get a free sub now as it is your lack of communication and organisation which has caused this problem?
Still annoyed I missed out on my free wrap from @SubwayUK this weekend.
Evey Subway I went to had run out of wraps and couldn't offer anything else as an alternative and now the offer has expired.

@SubwayUK Incorrect. They informed me that they were told via email to only offer one of the wraps (bacon) as part of the deal. They had plenty of steak and cheese.

How about you take a look at @WeWantOurWrap and the #WeWantOurWrap to see the extent at which your franchise owners are damaging your brand. Do something about it, provide a list of stores and extend the offer!!
A free wrap @SubwayUK? Yes please!! Oh, but not at the Chichester store because they’ve chosen not to honour the offer!! There doesn’t seem to be a list of participating stores, so how do you expect your customers to know where they can claim an offer???
@SubwayUK went into your Bethnal Green Road store to claim my free wrap and they aren’t doing it. What’s going on? I never saw read anything that said some stores opt out so had to pay instead:(
